Let me tell ya, fishing here is a hell of a lot different than good ol' SC. These guys don't believe in live bait, strickly lures. What kills me is that ballyhoo are everywhere, but they don't use them. OK, for all you Guam natives, here's what i've come accross the last week. The Wahoo are real good along the drop offs between 40 and 100 feet. That might sound like a strange depth to all you east coast guys back home, but that's where you get the most luck around this island. Marlin are a little slow. I've been using 10 inch Yo Zuri deep diving minnows for the 'hoo's. They are awesome lures. Braid came out with a new lure that looks like it will kick ass. It's called the braidbuster. Mann bait company also came out with a lure that looks like menhaden. I'm going to order a couple of both and try them out. I'm also going to use some ballyhoo if I can get my hands on some. They are tempermental over here. Very hard to find, and they run in really small schools, atleast the schools that i've seen.
