I hear that, I my self and sick and tired of laws that are veig that it has to be presented in courts to give the courts the opertunity to write the law.
laws should be written by policy makers and not courts. courts shold not have to sit down to figure out the meaning of the law. laws should be written so that any one with a third grade education can read it. (reason being is that most criminals only have a third grade reading level)
just how do they expect any one to be able to follow the law if thay cant read the law? and if you come up apon an officer of the law, he will tell you that ignorance of the law is no excuse or is 9/10s of the law. It would seem that the law is written just so that you can be picked up off the street for any reason. Where is the freedom in that?
