To bad you're not a lawyer Dave we could use you here but seriously there are to many clauses in our union contract with the nj Sports authority who is the state agency that runs the arena that prevent us from fighting them it was one of the concessions we had to make in order to get as many guys as we have working steady at the arena I mean we are Union Carpenters with steady year round jobs I've been there 16 years steady that is unheard of in the construction trades so I really can't complain but I still have no sympathy for either the team owners or players they both knew this was comming and did nothing but fight with each other about it both sides want it all
