are fish safe to eat where you live?

Every so often they make a big thing about the consumption advisories then they cut the recreational anglers limits and increase the commercial limits so you tell me what do you think is going on here in Jersey is it only unsafe to eat recreational caught fish but ok to eat commercially caught fish
