Up there in the lakes they love Matura's and Hornbergs, Chili Peppers
just to name a few fly's to use with a sinking tip line.
The VFB list is full of fly swaps that keep in something to do.
After you have tied 20 of the same fly you get the gist of how to tie it,
and can tie one six months later without looking at the recipe.
One thing I like is it pushes me to tie when I would other wise not.
Fly tying is something you need to practice al lot.
