RECORDED:
85 °
FISHING: Good
Warm Lake
Fair
The evenings are the best tiem to fish this gorgeous lake. There have been reports of good midge hatches in the evenings and the fish are really keyed in on them. During the day I would fish deep with leech, damsel, and dragon fly imitations. Also don't forget that jsut around the corner from there is Tule lake. This is a trophy fishery that has some big trout in it. The hatchews and bugs should be the same for this lake.
Flies: Parachute midges, 16-20, Adams, 14-18, Scuds in grey and olive, 10-14, Chironomids, 12-18, Woolly Buggers in brown, black, olive and white, 8-12, Mohair Leech in brown and olive, 8-12, Sheep Creek, 10-12, Damsels, 10-14
