Well USPS announced way before the tour started that this would be their last year as a major sponsor. With that, the Discovery channel picked up Lance and his team (provided he returns). I think they realized that it wasn't a big money maker for a postal provider to advertise like that. I think it makes way more sense for the Discovery channel to their name out ther, especially since they have competition.
