All of these ideas have potential but if this continues to be a problem, may I suggest positive reinforcement. 1st offence, you can go fishing with this person again, 2nd offence, buy them a filet mignon with a hole in the middle, 3rd offence, throw them a keg party. After a while this person may get the hint not to be late. If they haven’t got the picture by now you have to a little more creative. Hope this helps.
