What Should the Penalty Be ?????????

I'm leaving it up to you guys and gals, what should the penalty be when a fishing buddy invites ya fishing, he says he's gonna pick you up at 3 am, and ya gotta work that day, you get up at 2 am, you're all ready to go fishing, and he never shows up! Then you get a lame PM saying he set his clock for 2 pm not 2 am?
