[cool][blue]Hey Leaky, you and I both know that there is a lot that goes into whether or not a fish turns out good on the table. I am a published author on fish recipes, and I have worked commercial fishing and cooked lots of fish meals on the water.[/blue]
[#0000ff]You are right. If a fish comes from nasty water, and has bad habits, it ain't gonna be as good as something from cleaner environment. And, there is a lot you can do to dress up a "distressed" piece of fish. But, it is always best served as fresh as possible, and Hustle-man gave in to his lovely wife and left the fish for almost a week before he cooked it. That's gotta be true love.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I would be honored to enjoy a meal prepared by such a culinary wizard as yourself. However, I vote that we put Sparky in the kitchen while you and I enjoy something cool and wet in the living room.[/#0000ff]
