That was the basic way to fish. My first tube was nothing more than the old donut style. An innertube with a cover on it. I remember not being able to fit much in the pockets. Maybe a very small tackle box and a Diet Pepsi. That was all that fit.

I am planning on restoring it this weekend though. I will have some pics for all to see. I'm planning on making it a tubing side cart since the summer is here and it's hard to keep the drinks cold. We can keep a small ice chest in it.
