Golden shiners are common in Lake Mead and most lakes in Southern Nevada. They are great forage, like shad, for large predators.
The cuts will get big in a couple years but those bows are going to starve. I rather have them open it this year to harvast and kill it off. Another Newcastle isn't what we need or want.
PBH here's some proof to show him. Either these fish have been in there for year or somebody planted them that size. Newcastle doesn't have shiners this big.
