Hm, I might be up for some grayling, too. Have you ever fished Marjorie Lake off the Crystal Lake Trailhead near Trial Lake. I've taken grayling up to 14 inches out of there on spinners. Lots of fun, not a bad hike and many other lakes to hit, too. A really fun day hike.
