[reply]10 - 1 someone did that to the fish. I know catfish will eat anything but they're bottom feeders (mostly) and a ball filled with air floats. I see it as kind of like bobbing for apples. I think it's unlikely that it happened naturally.[/reply]

We had a friend back in South Carolina that had some monster cats planted in his small pond. They used to come up and feed off the top of the water all the time, so it's not out of the ordinary for a cat to come to the top like that.
