Before cleaning and Fileting your Salmon or Steelhead, remove the scales with a Horse Grooming Brush. This will eliminate slime coat from appearing when you arrive at home, and also after defrosting from the freezer.<br><br>Gamakatsu &lt;*(((&gt;{<br>
