Put in at Lincoln Beach?

You should be O.K. to launch. It's over three feet deep all the way out of the boat ditch. Stay to the middle and launch from the center or slightly north of the center of the ramp.Too many morons threw rocks on the ice last winter, so it gets bumpy towards the bottom of the ramp.
Me and my buddies will get the rocks out as soon as the water warms up.
