Good morning baitdrowner, No there arn't any state camp grounds on Black Lake. I stay at a place called Mclears [url "http://www.mclears.com/"]http://www.mclears.com/[/url] A very nice family camping spot right on the lake. Yes they do rent boats and motors, all the prices are on their web site. For pointers for the lake pick up a fishing hot spot map. You can get them on line or at the camp grounds.
