can anyone tell me about locomotive springs

I can't find any info on locomotive springs, I am taking a group of scouts out there in a few weeks and need to find info on the fishing. I can't seem to find anything online at the dwr or on any other sites. I need to know what kind of fish are there and if there is camping available. In the little info I have found I found there are multiple ponds and some are good fishing and some are not. Can anyone tell me where to fish there and what to fish for?
