I don't have a lot to say about the motor on your tube because I actually like kicking with fins. It's one of the means of exercise I get that I actually enjoy.
What I was wondering is how you fish the Charleston bridge area. I am heading there this Friday or Saturday and have thought several times about putting my float tube in there. Have you ever had problems with your tube snagging anything when you float out? What do you catch the fish on and do you have any other good ideas to share for fishing that area? From what I understand that is considered part of the reservoir so it's not artificial fly only, is this correct?
Any advice you can give would be great. If you want to post it or PM me with details it would help a lot for this weekend. I am taking a beginner fishing and would like to show him a good time to get him excited about fishing.
