I agree with Neveronsunday. I have lived in the LA area and the Bay area. There are things about both that I like, especially in January. But I will take Cache Valley during most of the year over either of them. That being said, there are parts of California I would move to in a heart beat, from Nov. to March. Which bring you back to $and family. If money and family wasn't a issue I would not stay anywhere 100% of the time.
