And encourage everyone to kill full limits!

I have three boys that want to go and will catch every fish they can.  We love perch but we usually only catch them through the ice.  I see you are using a ned rig, but what do you use specifically for perch?  And, what bait are they eating?

Are you mostly fishing the coves of the Rock Cliff arm?  I'm not trying to get your secret spot, just an idea of where to start.
