Hope not, but this may have been our final trip to Echo this season. If you don't get the reference, good for you.....you're still young. A crisp 40 air temp at 7:30 put-in. Water started out at 60, ending up at 62. Got 10 nice smallies in the 12-16" range on spinnerbaits and jerkbaits. But instead of being at the base of shoreline submerged boulders, they were out from softball-size rock --- just the opposite of our previous two Echo outings. Didn't get as many perch on single-tail grubs, but the ones we got were fat 10s. Tentative bite on the E side before the sun was up compared to a more aggressive commitment on the W side our final two hours before pulling out at noon. All our fish were caught in 10' or less. Ramp conditions fine, tho just a courtesy dock now.
