We also possibly didn’t use best judgement and went out in lightning and deluge rainstorm!! I found as you did my 3 waterproof coats were now water absorbent coats!! Soaked to the bones. Ordered a new 100% waterproof waterfowl jacket! Should be here tomorrow , now if course it won’t rain like that again!!
Old coats ok for snow or light rain! Will trash or donate a couple keep one for nicer days as a backup!!? I never loaded gun just acted like a sponge let guests shoot and I worked the dog! 4 shooters got 16 before we packed it in around 11 am tough opener not much flight, I fear many birds got pushed out with that storm!
