Is your secondary water still on Bob? I looked it up online and it said your water in Hooper was shut off on Sept 15. Either way, today is the last day for the rest of us on the Pineview water system. If you are only watering twice a week, I'm sure you are ok, unless you are watering for an hour, or more on each station. They told me that if I water three times a week, I would be fine but I water 7 days a week, because of my garden. My guess is this first year, they are just waiting to see how it goes and next year they will take action, if people start going over on their water allotment. The meter sends the info to the internet, of the water usage, over the nearest phone line and it's automatically uploaded to the internet. You can create an account and view this info yourself, whenever you want, at that website.
