Registering float tubes with electric motors

I have a random question. Is there a change in regulations with the registration requirement with electric motors. I find it interesting that kids and even adults can zoom all through traffic, causing accidents, confusion and serious injuries. I’ve yet to see one of those electric scooters or bikes registered. But yet I go take a float tube on a lake. Stay away from everybody in the world, and I have to spend money and put letters on the side of it? I find this a huge double standard. I want to be a huge supporter of law-enforcement, especially those out there keeping the Waterways safe. But this is an overstep in my opinion. One of the reasons why I got rid of my float tube, set up. I would love to hear others opinions.

And let's not forget, every trailer in Utah that weighs more than 750 lbs must be titled and registered.  If 750 lbs or less it doesn't have to be titled or registered.  And then there is the Snowdog debacle.  Yep, Utah goes out of its way to make life simpler for its citizens.  ?
