Lots of potential minnows and cut bait options...if you follow the regs and can find the fixins.

I am attaching a few PDF writeups that should help a bit...including one from former BFTer "Old Coot"...who is now fishing in that big pond in the sky.  

I also have a mega-writeup on MINNOWS that is too large to post on BFT under current conditions.  Has lots of pics and help on catching, rigging, and fishing several different kinds of Utah baitfish.  If anyone wants it, send me your email address and I will get it to you.

Hey Pat, I hadn't heard about Coot... Unfortunately I lost contact with him when he moved to Washington or Oregon or where ever that was.. and we didn't hear from him on the forum any longer... That's too bad, I enjoyed the conversations we had and appreciated his help when I first started chasing the whitefish at Bear Lake during the spawn... Guess I'm not very good with keeping in touch with folks outside of the forum.. Thgnks for that news... Later Jeff
PS... Guess you haven't heard anything about Gary, forget his handle, but know he wasn't in the best health last time I heard from him...
        He taught me the fine arts or down riggers and a really nice guy... Hope he's still doing okay...
