Those under water islands are kind of dangerous where they don't show up at all and they have really hard bottoms verses the rest of the areas soft mud... I have no idea what would cause those bullrushes that have been there for the 60 years I've been alive to suddenly die off, but they have sure all disappeared.. Too bad that used to be a great spot to hunt ducks and geese... Wonder if that will be good fish habitat with that bottom structure???? maybe too shallow to be good for fish though... Later J
When things get stressful think I'll go fish'en and worry about it tomorrow!
