Hey Scott, Probably better to give you a call sometime for all the questions I'll send you my number on a PM... But just a few things I can provide... First, I think your boat will be okay... I have an older version of the same boat and I get along okay, I do have a dinged up prop from right there at the Benson marina boat launch, I caught a rock or something... Overall the water level is very shallow, but my boat seems to work okay in it... I fish mostly for Channels and smallies. I do catch some crappie, gills and LMB... Once in awhile I find a walleye, but they are sort of rare for me... Lots of carp and bullheads if you want to fish for them... Rarely I've seen perch and trout caught from the pond... They just planted tiger muskie, so that will be a new one to play with, it's a fun pond with lots of potential, but it takes a lot of patience to learn it due to shallow water it's kind of difficult to find the fish holding areas that are consistent... I used to troll for channel cats and that was really fun, but this time of year the seaweed grows up in the shallows and makes it hard to troll. But fall and spring it works pretty well... It was actually better from my pontoon that the boat, but I get lazy lately and just fish the boat... Anyway there's a little start and you can ask others on the call...
