Flaming Gorge recommendations needed

We were at Mustang Ridge a month ago with our youth group, but fishing from shore in the day use area. Some boys caught rainbows right in that bay, and I caught a bunch of small-ish smallmouth bass in the bay and off the point on the south side using a jake's spin a lure, worms/bobber (right on the bottom), and white curly tail grubs. We had two boats pulling kids on tubes so no fishing from the boats. Good luck!
