I haven't smoked any yet, but I probably will. We had some smoked salmon chowder up in Alaska and it was very good... So I'll probably have to do some for that if nothing else... We were supposed to smoke some in AK and then it would weigh less and be able to take more home, but we didn't have time to do that. It was easier to just vac pack and freeze it. I really enjoy smoked salmon, so I'll have to do some when I get a little time to make it happen. Fun to have some good fish to work with... nice to have a little time to do it, at least I hope it can still be done after freezing it... I'll let you know if it turns out... Later Jeff
