I totally don’t know what people are doing wrong to make wiper “not” taste good??
Totally baffles me ? And complaints about boney ? When filleted and trimmed pretty much like other fish, boneless ( other than trim the red meat is important to do) it’s firm white fish, that from many many people I have served it to and friends and family have eaten, and I eat often and live it, it gets rave reviews???!!!
I did try Dubobs recommended stew. I Followed recipe as guideline, but used things I had in fridge so I deviated a little but I’m sure it’s great exactly like written! It was excellent! My wife loved it and said it should be something we do for a change quite often! I’ll post a thread on it , shortly.
