Sounds like a good had was timed by all...or however that goes.  Glad you found some fish...of all species.  Would have been nice to cap it with a 30 inch walleye.  Not many, but they are in there.  Just too many food items for them to be desperate enough to chase down what fisherfolk throw at them.  And if they feed only for 15 minutes, during any given 24 hour period, that really brings in the luck and timing factors.

Ya I know there in there, nothing over 24 this trip, there seems to be plenty of perch for them to eat,  there's a lot of dink eyes to weed through to find better ones, keeps it interesting tho,  Ill keep after either Starvy or UL,  would prefer a pre spawn but any 30+ would be great, I'll defiantly keep after it when ever I can.
