While not as bad as what you have, my 'L' series have no disk cusion let due to 80 plus years of compression. Pinched nerves causing minor pain in lower back. Reverse shoulder replacement in Feb this year. I am now thinking about every move I make before I make it. You need to make that part of every move you make. Understand?
