Fantastic day at Willard today! 

obifishkenobi took my son and I with our neighbors out today. We were at the boat ramp by 6 and fished until 1pm. It was a great haul of 21 total fish. 18 Walleye and 3 wiper. There wasn't really one hour of the day that was better than another. We caught and missed bites throughout the day. We all had a great time! Excited for fish tacos!

It was Great getting out with you guys, it was one of those sneaky good days where it never felt fast but by the end of the day we had a pretty good haul. We got them bottom bouncing and on #7 flicker shad covering lots of water. We started out at a way point in the nothingness working to the light pole then down to the south west corner and back to the light pole, where we circled for the second half of the day, several hundred yards of the dike. We were running 1.8-2.2 mph. Every color caught fish today. The key for me this time of year is to just cover lots of ground.
