General FYI for Hyrum Dam road

They are going to close the road across the Dam starting on 6-2-25 until sometime in 2029, they are going to be replacing the spillway, redoing the road and adding a larger outlet pipe so that the spillway is not in constant use from what I read. So you’ll need to go to the turnoff at the Maverick that goes in Hyrum to get to the lake or up to the Pig
