One of the "quiet minority" guys I know...who probably catches more BIG walleyes than anyone in Starvy...fishes those big Castaic rainbow plastics and cranks.  DWR plants hatchery pet bows in September each year and the big walleyes glut on them until the harsh cold sets in.

I'll be watching for him,  Im not to worried about being over run by fishermen by telling my story,  Ive seen it at ul. they come for a couple hours and go, most dont realize what it takes to learn how to, patience mostly.

Sometimes there is a fine line between patience and stubbornness.   But, as fisherfolk we are free to make our own definitions.  And if you catch fish, you can call it whatever ya want.

Lets just call it FUN
