I see Violets post got deleted so I will post for her. We did pretty good for the time we fished; 34, but good for bait ,they were all small and most appeared to be males. Maybe the Moma's are not far behind. We fished north of Provo Harbor in un charted water. We normally don't fish North but on a whim decided to look for something new.

Thanks Richard! I have been seeing mostly small ones this spring also. I think a lot of the larger ones are actually in the spawning areas right now. Saturday my great-nephew got a legit 14 incher while fishing for cats though.
