Ralph was definitely one of the good ones. I first met Ralph at the first Burbot Bash back around 2008. We got a chance to fish together a few times, along with his brother Terry, I think that was his name. When Ralph moved to WA for a few years, I'd occasionally get a phone call or text asking if I ever wanted to come up and fish for a few days. I heard from him a year or so ago and hadn't reached out. Now I'm bummed that I didn't. Such a great guy to fish with and like you guys have said, he loved to analyze and over analyze his techniques. He kept it fun. Sorry to hear.
