Anyone seeing white bass in any of the harbors

I fished Provo Harbor dock last night, mostly to try my Livescope ice bundle from the dock. Marked hundreds of fish, lots of what I think were carp. Some smaller fish in schools, think they were crappie. Caught mud cats, a channel cat, and crappie. I guess it will be early May for white bass. I did notice last winter that there were fewer white bass in Provo harbor. Talked to the park guy and he noticed the same. He thinks the new Provo Delta is affecting fish patterns.
