Just found out about this too. Shocking! We just talked about 2 months ago and he was doing well. Happy to be back in Utah after his fore ray up to Washington to get his son-in-law's business up and running. He was a great guy, over-thought things to a fault, kept a neat, clean boat, and I still remember his first time eating a habanero pepper up at Bear Lake. He literally turned purple in the face, plunged his head into the lake and gasped for air then milk. Never saw a person react so violently to a pepper before. That was during one of the annual Bear Lake get-togethers to fish then share lunch out on the water. He told me he sold his Gregor boat to a neighbor but he could use it anytime he wanted to go fishing. Too bad he couldn't take advantage of that. Also, he and his brother, Terry, installed the beautiful coat racks in the restrooms up at Bear Lake State Park marina. His kindness and craftiness will live on! RIP Ol' Coot, we will miss you.
