I would suggest stopping at Forsyth, Mill meadow, or Lower Bowens if you are going to Torrey.
Minersville would be another stop I'd make but it has special regs for artificial fly & lure fishing.
Panguitch Reservoir is another great fishery.
All of these have some decent shoreline access for fishing.
The suggestion of Otter Creek is a great one for big healthy fish.
Go to Veyo for a pie!
