H.B. 386 - Please vote 'No'
Proposed amendments to H.B. 386 again moves the goalpost for establishing Utah’s historically navigable waterways. The proposed amendments further enable privatization of historic public access. Preservation of public access to Utah's historically navigable waterways would be better served with a more clear and open judicial process for establishing such.
