You'll do great with with the reverse shoulder. Had mine done one year ago on January 30. By April I was pretty much back to normal and trying to rebuild muscle that I lost by minimizing use of my right arm for about 2 years. One year down and I can't tell anything was done. Less range of motion when reaching behind me, but that is a limitation of a reverse shoulder replacement that was as bad as mine was to begin with. I'd trade that any day for absolutely no more pain.
