This is some 2nd hand info from a friend in Evanston about woodruff narrows

 I spoke with the regional fisheries biologist from Wyoming Game and Fish this past July. He said there a big fish kill a few years ago at Woodruff Narrows and the fishing hasn't been good since. 

I remember your last trip there Bob, it was mine also lol

Thanks for the information. I think I tried 5 years ago, so before the fish kill. This will make my decision a bit easier.
