My New Smitty Sled
#9
Scott/Jeff,

I've had both rotator cuffs repaired along with a reattachment of the left upper bicep tendon and a left leg total knee.  And I just had a CABGX5 (look it up ?) last September.  I recovered from all of them in half the normal time projected for men in their 70s (which I was for all but the CABGX5).  There is one reason for that; I was VERY AGGRESSIVE with the therapy after the surgery.  I went to the therapist 3 days a week for 3 months and did the home therapy exercises twice every day.   Your recovery is your responsibility.  Attack it with vigor and you'll be just fine and better off for it.  That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.  ?
