I for one, don't have a problem with charging out of state fishermen 4 times the instate amount and I don't have a problem paying those same rates to fish out of state. State resources should be more readily accessible for instate fishermen no matter the state. Don't want to bring your boat and the chance to spread your state's invasives to Idaho. Good!
