No trouble launching today. Water in the channel is between 2.5 and almost 3 feet deep. Good fishing today... 3 or 4 at about 27 inches, several others in the mid-20s.
Tough day in my little Spring Lake community with the drowning of the young man yesterday. The lake is only a block or so from my home and it
dens all of us that a young man lost his life there. I grew up in that lake and that is where I learned to enjoy fishing. Sad.
