Name of these flys

Was gifted these flies a few years ago and they sat unused since. After using boobie flies this week I remembered these foam body flies that were sitting unused in my box. Any idea what these are and how to fish them?

Not real sure. Looks a bit like a gurgler (wooly bugger with life jacket). Used for pan fish and bass. Fished a bit similar to a popper. Does work on trout and in a pinch as a salt water fly. Fish aren't going to care what you call it or what it was supposed to be , . Let us know how it works.
