I have never fished hyrum
but try this on you helix go to settings charts navionics and turn sonarcharts on.

and that should give you the contours. I don't have a helix, but you should have 2
ether navionics or sonarcharts

go to you tube are read the manual on how to use settings on your fishfinder also how to use navionics chart settings

in the bottom Left is a circle hit that and you will see what I'm talking about.
click on sonarcharts and see what happens
