Sunrise out there can be really beautiful. Been out there a couple times in the last month where the moon was setting in the west and the sun rising in te east, at the same time. Nice.
Wife and I got on the river Sunday with the boat. Only a very few bank anglers. Took the river all the way to the bottom from the ramp to the gates. Sure wish I had a crossbow. Carp were EVERYWHERE ! But never got a nibble on anything we had in the water. Left about 1230.
